How do I cancel an order?

Before submitting your order, you can follow the steps below to cancel it:

Why was my order automatically cancelled?

At CoolShopers, there are two conditions in which the system automatically cancels your order:


1. After the order is generated, if the payment is not completed within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order. If you still want to buy these products, please place the order again and complete the payment in time.

2. After the order is paid, and the product is not shipped within 72 hours. In order to guarantee the rights of the buyer, the system will automatically cancel the order and start the refund process.

Accepted payment methods
CoolShopers primarily uses PayPal to process secure online payments. It's the safest way to shop online and you don't have to share any financial information on your part.

What is Paypal?
Paypal offers a highly secure method of sending money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online stores your sensitive credit card numbers. CoolShopers staff will never ask you for your full credit card numbers or Paypal login details. For your own safety, please do not provide this information to anyone (including our staff) and do not click on links within emails purporting to be from Paypal. Please refer to their relevant information pages for specific details.

What should I do if my card payment has failed?

If your payment has failed, please check the following:

  • Make sure you have paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express.
  • If your card has expired or your payment has exceeded your card limit, contact your card issuer.
  • If you received an error notice on the payment page, please verify your card information and try paying again. If this doesn't work, you can try using another card or another browser.

What shipping method does CoolShopers use?

Before confirming your order, you are informed how long it takes to arrive at your address depending on which of our Warehouse the product is found.
They may be:
2 to 3 days.
5 to 7 days
25 to 30 days

To which countries does CoolShopers deliver?

Shipments are made worldwide. Mexico and the US are the main ones, but before making your purchase and you are not in them, ask us and we will tell you the shipping time, cost and if the operation is feasible.

If there is any problem upon receiving the delivery due to Customs

For our clients in Mexico and the US, they do not have to worry about this matter. But for the rest of the countries we must leave the following clarification.

Customs Responsibility

1. If, for any reason, the goods cannot be delivered to you due to a customs issue, we will discuss with you on a case-by-case basis how best to handle the issues.

2. If the goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is your sole responsibility. For example, if you decided to try to import an Android phone, but this technology is illegal or restricted due to local laws in the delivery destination country, it is your responsibility to know before placing an order on CoolShopers. If the delivery failed for that reason, we cannot offer any compensation, as as the importer it is your job to know the local regulations. Another situation where you must accept responsibility is when your country requires you to have a license to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know this before placing an order with CoolShopers, and in the event of a delivery failure, we cannot offer no compensation.

3. As the importer, you are solely legally responsible for answering questions about the imported goods delivered to you. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees are your sole responsibility, as described in our terms and conditions. If a delivery fails because you do not respond to customs communications on time, or if you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we'll try to make things right for you.

Please make your return or refund request within 7 days from the delivery date. If, for any reason, an item does not arrive, please make your refund request within 10 days of the most recent estimated delivery date. We are not required to consider requests made outside of these time frames.

I changed my mind: You can cancel an order within 8 hours of placing it (same day cancellation). Same day cancellations may be credited automatically.

This is not what I ordered: If you receive an item that is damaged, is not the size or color you ordered, or is not reasonably consistent with the item's listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may ask for some evidence of the problem, usually just a photo or two, and you may be required to return the item.

Never Arrived: If you don't receive an item you ordered, you're eligible for a refund.

Return and refund requests must be made from within the app; locate the order in your order history and send an email to .

After the same day cancellation period (8 hours from order) has elapsed, we will not consider refund requests unless the last estimated arrival date has passed or the item has arrived and is incorrect or damaged.

Return of funds: After Coolshopers approves a cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Coolshopers will refund or credit the purchase amount and standard shipping fees. Any special or expedited shipping fees will not be refunded and (as described above), in some cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Coolshoppers reserves the right to:

Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use.

Limit purchase activity on the Services if you have a good faith suspicion of abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
