Unpaid Item Policy

You will have a period of 3 days to complete the payment of an order. If you confirm the order but do not pay within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
Repeatedly failing to pay for your items after committing to purchase could subject you to a range of disciplinary actions, including restrictions on your purchasing privileges and suspension or termination of your account.

Buyer Protection Program Abuse Rules

If you have a problem with a purchase you made, you can let us know. However, we do not allow buyers to abuse Buyer Protection Programs, such as:
Open a case when you already received a refund
Opening a retaliatory case against a seller
Make false claims against a seller
Be sure to follow the guidelines below when opening a case against a seller.
What are the guidelines?
Permitted:
Open a case after you did not receive the item and have not been able to resolve the issue directly with the seller
Open a dispute after the item does not match the description in the product listing
Not allowed:
Claim an item has not been received when you have received it
Claiming an item differs significantly from its description in your product listing when the condition of the item is consistent with your listing
Open a case when you have already received a refund from the seller or a refund from your payment provider
Open a case against a seller as a form of retaliation after previous disputes
Threatening to open a case against a seller for a discount or additional goods and services, when the item has arrived in the condition described in the product listing
A pattern of excessive opening of buyer protection cases
Be sure to follow these guidelines; failure to do so may subject you to a variety of disciplinary actions, including restrictions on your purchasing privileges and suspension or termination of your account. In addition, if we suspend or terminate your account, we may also suspend or terminate any and all other accounts that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be related to you based on information we have of the relevant accounts (including, without limitation, the user registration information, credit card information and computer information).

Feedback extortion

Do not abuse the comment system. One form of abuse is feedback extortion. This means you can't threaten to leave negative seller feedback for failing to do something that wasn't part of the original product listing, such as.
Goods or services that do not match the original item description or purchase price;
A return, refund or replacement of an item that was not part of the original product listing.
Other improper interests
If there is a problem with a transaction, you are encouraged to work with the seller to resolve any issues.
Be sure to follow these guidelines; otherwise, your Feedback may be removed, and you may be subject to a number of other disciplinary measures, including restrictions on your purchasing privileges and suspension or termination of your account.
